Neeraj Wadwani
Neeraj Wadwani started Suraksha Paints in Ajmer with a simple conviction — that a builder should never have to gamble on the finish of a wall. Two decades in the building-materials trade taught him what fails on Indian sites: chalking exteriors, patchy putty, and paint that looks nothing like the shade card.
Under his leadership, Pigma is formulated and batch-tested in-house, priced honestly for project-scale supply, and backed by an applicator network he still trains personally. He remains on the plant floor most mornings, checking batches before they ship.
